The Access Center at Bergen Regional Medical Center provides a central portal of information and admission for behavioral health and substance abuse services. Our highly trained intake specialists will assist all callers, patient or healthcare agency, with the following:

• Information regarding Inpatient and Outpatient Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Behavioral Health Services
• Telephonic assessments that will determine the right level of care and the most appropriate treatment program for you or your patient
• Scheduling or referral of services
