We are also a safety net provider for the mentally impaired, elderly, uninsured or underinsured for the State of New Jersey.

We currently have the following exciting opportunities:

PATIENT ACCOUNTS REPRESENTATIVE
You will be responsible for submitting claims to all payors in a timely manner, performing follow-up with third party payers as well as government payers, working payer remittances and correspondence. Communication with front end departments, i.e.: Patient Access, Medical Records and ancillary departments. You will also attend required meetings and assist in the training of new and established employees. High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 6 months of experience in medical billing procedures and familiarity with third party insurer regulations required as well as intermediate level computer skills including Excel and Word, computerized billing knowledge, good interpersonal and communication skills and pass alphanumeric skills and 25 wpm typing tests.

PER DIEM RNs, ACUTE DIVISION
• Critical Care RNs: Responsible for the total nursing care of assigned critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Units. Collaborates with patients, families, physicians, and other health team members to formulate a plan of care and performs all duties of the staff nurse.  Requirements include graduation from an accredited school of Nursing; NJ RN license; BSN preferred. At least one year of Critical Care experience is essential along with current BLS, ACLS and IV certification. Successful completion of both in-house Intensive Care Orientation Program and in-house EKG course required.

• Acute Med/Surg RNs: Responsible for the total nursing care of Acute Medical/Surgical patients including assessment, treatment, observation and documentation. Providing comprehensive patient care also involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary healthcare team and orienting patients and families.  Requirements include graduation from an accredited school of Nursing, BSN preferred, NJ RN licensure and BLS and IV certifications, with 1 year of Medical/Surgical experience preferred.

PER DIEM LPNs, LONG TERM CARE AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients (e.g., medications, treatments, dressing changes, TPR) according to established standards. Graduation from an accredited school of Practical Nursing or equivalent education as described by the State Education Law.  Current NJ license as an LPN.  BLS required.  At least one year of Long Term Care or Behavioral Health experience required.

DIRECTOR OF INFECTION CONTROL
Facilitate and coordinate the Infection Control Program to promote high quality care.  Assure compliance with regulations and accreditation standards for infection control. Provide leadership, education and direction by developing goals, objectives and plans, guiding the development of policies, procedures, standards and in-services/workshops.  Requires BSN (MSN preferred), or degree in related field, and three to five years’ experience in Infection Control, including management.  CIC certification from APIC essential.

CERTIFIED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST – PER DIEM
The CRT provides coverage for all divisions served by Respiratory Care Services as required.  Requires graduation from an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program.  Current NJ license as Respiratory Therapist required, CRT certified by the NRBC, BLS certification.  1 year of critical care experience preferred.

REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST – PER DIEM
The staff therapist is responsible for providing basic and advanced Respiratory Care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. The therapist plans, implements, and evaluates the effectiveness of Respiratory Care.  Requires Associate’s degree in Respiratory Care Technology required; BLS certification by the AHA. ACLS, PALS, and NRP certification preferred.  NJ State Respiratory Care Practitioner license.  Previous clinical experience in Respiratory Care preferred.

ATTENDING PSYCHIATRISTS – INPATIENT AND OUTPATIENT (F/T AND P/T)
The inpatient psychiatrist will provide evaluations, treatment, family meetings and discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team, and participate in resident training and supervision. The outpatient position includes evaluations, medication monitoring, psychotherapy and resident training and supervision. Weekday and night on-call required; weekend coverage optional.

Must be MD or DO, completed psychiatric residency, NJ licensure, DEA and CDS. Board certification preferred.

ASSISTANT MEDICAL DIRECTOR OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES
Provide supervision to Attending Psychiatrists pertaining to Performance/Quality Improvement matters and initiatives pertaining to regulatory compliance.  Provide supervision to unit staff; fulfill administrative responsibilities and develop role of Psychiatry services appropriate to the ages of the patients served.  Provides direct evaluation and treatment services to patients and provides service coordination to assigned caseload.

Current NJ licensure as a Psychiatrist required.  Board certification in Psychiatry. Valid and unlimited license to practice medicine in the State of New Jersey.  Valid license to prescribe controlled substances (DEA and CDS)

6 years of direct clinical experience, including 3 years as a clinical supervisor. Administrative experience preferred. Documented experience in developing and implementing performance improvement projects in the direct clinical setting.

ASSISTANT DIRECTORS OF NURSING – ACUTE - PER DIEM-FLEXIBLE SHIFTS
Responsible for the clinical and operational management of a specific Nursing division, ensuring that standards of practice for nursing and patient care are maintained; participates in developing departmental plans and programs as required; collects and provides data on unit activities, QA issues, and staff inservices, as required. Current NJ licensure as RN required. BLS/ACLS required. IV Certification required. At least one year Med/Surg and Critical experience. One year management experience.
