Bergen Regional Medical Center Honored with Nursing Home of The Year Award
The Long Term Care Division of Bergen Regional Medical Center Received the Honor from NJBIZ
(Paramus, NJ) The Long Term Care Division at Bergen Regional Medical Center (BRMC) was named the Nursing Home of the Year by NJBIZ Healthcare Heroes program at an awards ceremony on June 19, 2012. The Healthcare Heroes program honors individuals and organizations making a significant impact on the quality of healthcare in New Jersey.
The BRMC Long Term Care Division was honored due to its comprehensive, high quality care and on-site specialty programs including horticultural therapy, pastoral care, rehabilitation services, and hospice programs. The Long Term Care Division is accredited by the Joint Commission and is the largest licensed nursing home in the state of New Jersey.

NJBIZ Healthcare Heroes finalists and winners were selected by an independent panel of judges who are leaders in New Jersey healthcare.
